Cross-Country Schooling at Heritage Park

Starter Novice through Preliminary Level cross country questions are available to school at Heritage Park. The terrain is open but slightly rolling. Water, ditches and banks are available at most levels.  Funds raised from schooling shows and cross country schooling days permit MAEA to provide several new fences each season.

Schooling hours vary by season, weather and volunteer availability.

  • March 23rd- 24th: Open Schooling

  • April 20th- 21st: Open Schooling

  • May 18th- 19th: Open Schooling & Schooling Show

  • June 1st- 2nd: Open Schooling

  • June 22nd - 23rd: Open Schooling

  • July 13th- 14th: Open Schooling & Schooling Show

  • August 17th -18th: Open Schooling & Schooling Show

  • October 12th -13th: Open Schooling

  • MAEA Member Schooling Fee: $50/horse

  • Non Member Schooling Fee: $65/horse

  • Helmet, XC Vest & Medical armband/bracelet required

  • Negative Coggins within 1 year required

  • Pre-Registration Required

  • Signed Liability Waiver Required
